Lots of exciting site progress at our swimming pool project in Kilbarchan. The large scale extension and alteration project to a rare arts and craft country house to accommodate a swimming pool, sauna and gym is progressing well with the extension structure now up and the swimming pool in!🔨🪚🏊

Site update from our project currently onsite in Bearsden, Glasgow, renovating and forming a large rear single and two storey extension to form new kitchen/dining area with new office space at first floor while providing a new ground floor bedroom with additional shower room.🧱🔨

The past 5 months has seen lots of progress here, including lots of additional works to the existing house and a full house transformation. Still some work to be done but we are now starting to see this dream home take shape and can’t wait to see it finished!🏡💫

Project recently completed in Clarkston by Byrne Construction🔨🪚. We removed an existing conservatory and replaced it with a large extension spanning across the rear of the property to accommodate a new open plan kitchen, dining and living space with new utility/boot room to add that aspect of modern living to this family home.🏡
